At GSD Dental Clinics, we work daily to ensure excellent patient care and efficient management of our clinical schedule. Since we maintain a waiting list, every appointment slot is valuable — both for you and for other patients waiting for an opportunity to be seen.
For this reason, we kindly ask that you notify us of any need to cancel or reschedule as far in advance as possible.

Appointment Confirmation
- Between 48 and 72 hours before your appointment, we will send you an SMS to confirm your attendance. To confirm, simply reply SIM (YES); to cancel, reply NÃO (NO).
- If you do not reply, we will contact you by phone the day before the appointment, and you will also receive an automatic reminder SMS.
- If we receive no indication from you regarding cancellation or rescheduling, the appointment will be considered confirmed.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows
To ensure the smooth running of our schedule:
- Cancellations or rescheduling made after 8:00 PM on the day before the appointment, or
- Failure to attend without prior notice,
After 3 consecutive no-shows or late cancellations, prepayment will be required to book any future appointments. This measure is intended to promote mutual respect and to ensure all patients have timely access to the care they need.
